།ས་ལ་ཐུག་ནས་ཡར་ལ་ལྡང་བ་ཡིས། །འཁོར་བར་མི་གནས་ཐར་ལམ་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག

By touching the ground and then rising from it once again,

May I not remain in saṃsāra, but find the path to freedom!
