ཕན་བདེ་མ་རྣམས་ཀུན་ལ་འབུལ། །

གསང་བས་བདག་ལ་ལེན་པར་ཤོག །

I will offer help and happiness to all my mothers,
And secretly take upon myself
All their hurt and suffering.
